- 1 cup of oats
- ¼ cup of coconut milk
- Natural sweeteners (tasted such as stevia or honey)
- 1 banana finely sliced
- ½ mango peeled and finely sliced
- 1 kiwi skinned and sliced
- ¼ cup pineapple cubed
- 1 Tbls coconut flakes
- 2 Tbls raspberries
- Mint sprigs for garnish (Optional)
Prepare the oatmeal as per the package instructions.
Stirring the coconut milk and sweetener and split the oatmeal into two bowls.
Place the fresh fruit on top of the oatmeal, shake with coconut flakes.
Serve topped with mint sprigs (if desired).
